With more and more applications of Thin Slab Casting and Rolling (TSCR) technology in China, more and more cold rolling deep drawable sheets are used with TSCR Hot bands. Because of the production characters of TSCR, there are many problems existing in cold rolled DDQ deep drawable sheets rolled with TSCR hot bands. According to the existing problems of short-process DDQ production in Hunan Hualin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co Ltd cold rolling mill, this thesis systematically study on the DDQ sheets production processes and technologies rolled with TSCR hot bands.The study of the thesis include recrystallization temperature and recrystallization dynamic of cold rolled DDQ deep drawable sheets rolled with TSCR hot bands, and the DDQ deep drawable sheets microstructure properties, also compare the microstructure and properties with the analysis of the cold rolled deep drawable bands differently produced by deffrent steel plants, to identify the affect reasons of the properties for DDQ deep drawable sheets. Another study of the thesis include the analysis of inclusion and cementite of cold rolled DDQ deep drawable sheets rolled with TSCR hot bands with traditional and short production process. The research result afford the theoretical basis to Hunan Hualin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co Ltd cold rolling mill with the production technology of short process production of DDQ deep drawable sheets, which can suitably adjust production process, thereby improve the properties to meet the needs of users. The research result has applied to Hunan Hualin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co Ltd cold rolling mill and achieved greater benefits.
