Much inadequacy exited in producing antibiotics such as low utilization rate of raw materials and low rate of extract purity. So pharmaceutical industry effluents contained several organic solvents, such as colorants, acids, a variety of other organic compounds, different constituents of antibiotic and synthetic drug-based effluent. In order to raise biodegradation value ofβ-lactam antibiotic wastewater, The effective strains were isolated from the activated sludge of wastewater treatment plant which can perform well in organics degradation in such environment with antibiotic and then found the optimization condition. Provide parameter to the practice. Results of this study as follow:1. Bacterium had largest quantity in the activated sludge, second were actinmycete, there was no fungi found in sludge. It showed that bacterium were the major part in the activated sludge.2. 4 bacterium isolated from activated sludge, they were Escherichia, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas, Bacillus. So bacterium played dominatant role in treatment of 6-lactam antibiotic wastewater.3. Effect strains combined performed better than the single strain only, it showed that the process of cleaning the wastewater was synergistical by multiplied strains in the activated sludge. B4-Acinetobacter was worthy further research as its distinguishing effect in the very group.4.From the experiment we knowed that temperature is temperature can bring the most powerful affluence to the degradation of organics, and then the ventilatory capacity. The optimization condition of microbial combination communities was 35℃, 150 rpm, initial pH= 7.0.5. Ater adding effect strains combination communities the activated sludge system had apparente superiority and the organics removal was about 10% higher than the activated sludge only, and the resistance to the change of initial organics concentration of whole activated sludge system enhanced.6. Simulation experiment showed that effluents' quality came to standard about 24h ahead after adding the effect strains combination in the activated sludge system.
