In this paper, with soybean meal as protein source, compound amino acids were prepared by sulfuric acid hydrolysis and calcium hydroxide neultralizing. With ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium, citric acid and compound amino acids etc as chelating agent, middle-trace elements were chelated. And then high efficient compound foliar fertilizer was prepared after putting proper amount major elements, humic acid, compound amino acids and surfactant into it.The optimum conditions of preparing compound amino acids were determined by orthogonal test. It was found that concentration of sulfuric acid, ratio of acid volume to the raw material mass and hydrolysis time affected yield of compound amino acids. And the primary-secondary arrangement sequence of effect was concentration of sulfuric acid, ratio of acid volume to the raw material mass, hydrolysis time. The optimum conditions of preparing compound amino acids by soybean meal sulfuric acid hydrolysis were that concentration of sulfuric acid was 30%, the ratio of the acid volume to the raw material mass was 4.5(ml):1(g) and the hydrolysis time was 8 hours. Under this condition the yield of compound amino acids was 86.5%.In the process of preparing compound foliar fertilizer, the effect facts of foliar fertilizer characters, which were chelating agent, chelating temperature, chelating time and pH of solution, were studied by orthogonal test. The experiment discovered that the primary-secondary arrangement sequence of effect was chelating agent, pH of solution, chelating temperature, chelating time. The optimum conditions of chelating were that chelating agents were ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium and citric acid, chelating temperature was 40℃, chelating time was 0.5 hours and the pH of solution was 5.5.The high efficient compound foliar fertilizer prepared by experiment was not only completely accorded with the national standard in content of amino acids, content of trace elements, pH of solution ,but also containing major elements, middle elements, humic acid and rare earth additive. The product was safe, non-toxic, easy soluble,without hormone, comprehensive adaptation, which accorded with environmental protection and the sustainable development of agriculture. It can offer plants with comprehensive balanced nutrition and reasonably regulate the metabolism of plants. The high efficient compound foliar fertilizer had some applied prospects.
