Air pollution,especially in urban areas,is a serious problem in environmental protection issues,and is concerned a lot by governments.So pollutant sources control, scientific urban environmental capacity determination,reasonable air environmental capacity utilization,and air environmental quality improvement are now the important tasks in environmental protection.Carrying the control of air environmental pollutant into execution is the efficient way to work out environmental pollutant problems under the background of economic development and air pollutant state in our nation.In this thesis,major theoretical methods and their applications,advancement,and trend of researches on air environmental capacity were comprehensively compared.As the key point was found to be the choice of multi-source model,AERMOD model was chosen to be used.Current planetary boundary layer(PBL)and air dispersion concepts in AERMOD model were mainly analyzed,and mixing layer height both calculated by AERMOD model and Vaisala Ceilometer were compared, which proved that AERMOD model did better in PBL simulation.Meteorology control condition affected most in the results of air quality-models.Typical weather day method and combined frequency method were compared and the former one was proved to be more suitable.According to the annual monitoring report of main air pollutants(PM10,SO2,NO2and pollutant sources emitting state of Baoshan district,2005,pollution meteorologic characteristics were deeply and comprehensively analyzed.As for modeling method,A-P method could be used easily to calculate the atmospheric environmental capacity quickly.AERMOD model was used to set up the relationship between total pollutant emission and environment quality,and both environmental capacity and the space distribution of pollutant could be obtained at same time by using it.Linear programming method gave out the allowed emission of each stack as the unequal equations were worked out.In this thesis,A-P value method, multi-source diffusion model(AERMOD model)and linear programming method were combined then used to calculate the atmosphere capacity of Baoshan district. and results were finally displayed by a GIS platform in 500m×500m grids.Researches on application of methods calculating atmospheric environmental capacity are the key projects in air environmental science fields,and the scientific determination of atmospheric environment capacity is the urgent request of environment administration.
