| Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a polymer with low density, low acoustic impedance, excellent chemical stability and high mechanical strength. These advantages tip the balance to PVDF to other material as be used as solar cell film.On the other hand, PVDF also possesses some disadvantages: not easily processed and not easily be felt to other material. In this work, the preparation and characterization of PVDF and PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate) have been carried out, especially PVDF/PMMA/TiO2 film have been focused on. The morphologies and compatibility of PVDF/PMMA blend films with two different blend compositions were investigated. DSC was used for analyses the miscibility of PVDF and PMMA. In order to study the morphological structure of the materials obtained, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and XRD analyses were also carried out. PMMA has huge impact on the crystal structure of PVDF by distributing outside of the crystal phase of PVDF /PMMA reduce the crystalline of PVDF and induce theβcrystalline forms. DTG traces show a drastic shift of the weight loss curve is PMMA before PVDF which is related with the microstructure of the blender. And study on different content of PMMA in the composite affect the material mechanic ability, moisture permeance rate and other ability. The present of TiO2 will produce the material the temperature break down lower and overcome these disadvantages. |
