With the development of our industry, environmental pollution is becoming seriously. The department of environmental protection is attaching great importance on the environmental detection. The advanced of the detective equipment is the important factor of improving monitor level. COD is one of the important parameter for evaluating the degree of water pollution, so the online monitor instrument of COD has great value in the monitor application of water quality. Currently, there are all kinds of monitor instrument of COD in home and abroad, meanwhile they have different principle of detection. The precision of foreign product is higher, however, the price is relatively high and making against generalization in our country. So the emphasis of research is that the low of cost and adaptable online monitor instrument of COD.For the powerful capability and the high reliability of the embedded system, which is also good at the power consuming and the size, the embedded system can be found everywhere. It is a trend in the application of control system using modern electric devices and miniaturization. For Man-machine interaction Graphical interface which is including menu,window,button, designer is eager to get support technology of GUI. This article describes the development of the embedded system and general Graphical interface system, and briefly analyses characters of several kinds of general Graphical interfaces system.There are many traditional detection doesn't adapt the application of online monitor, so I choose a new method of electrochemical detection by comparing many detection principles. This thesis sets up the embedded system development platform based on ARM, which is for the core of ARM7TDMI series. Embaying the hardware and the Embedded OS(operate system)μClinux, the topic researches on the ARM system structure, circuit design, Embedded OS repotting, driver and upper application development in-depth. The embedded hardware system based on LPC2210 microcontroller of ARM7 core makes full use of the strong function of ARM7 processor.In this paper MiniGUI is applied in the polluted water online monitoring system of COD, which shows the interfaces between the system and the user. Such application can make the polluted water online monitoring system smaller and easier to use. The system is composed of two main parts: the upper layer is the application program of MiniGUI, and the bottom layer is the operation system. The operation system of the bottom layer isμCLinux, and it is a Linux like system, which is widely used in the application of embedded system. MiniGUI as an embedded graphical support system is widely applied in many industry control system. This paper focus on reportingμCLinux and building cross compiler of application graphic user interface of MiniGUI.
