In order to seeking the principle and methods about how to enhance the burning rate and energy of the gun-propellant, in this paper through adding combustion regulator and make multi-pore structure propellant form convection burning to improve the burning rate. Increased the high-energy ingredient through joined energetic agglomerant, for promote the propellant energy. The combustion and energy properties are researched by closed bomb test. And the results as follows shows:The gun-propellant which added combustion regulator, burning rate is increased in a certain degree compared with traditional nitramine propellant. And the propellant burning rate increased more obvious which added combustion regulator RB, which increased about 85 percent when it contains 3.5 percent RB, the correlative burning process is also stably and the pressure exponent reduced. The multi-pore propellant which is prepared through high-temperature drive solvent in 65℃, shows multi-pore structure convective burning characteristics, the correlative burning process is stably and burning rate increased about 85 percent.The new high-energy gun-propellant's powder force is increased about 5 percent compared with traditional nitramine propellant, combustion temperature slightly reduced, density is comparatively large, have the high-energy density characteristics, the burning rate is also increased in a certain degree,Γ~ψcurve shows a good progressive burning characteristics, which is designed and prepared.
