| Based on the current development of high-strength continuous casting iron profiles, this paper expounded the obvious contradictions between the outstanding performance and high costs of the current high-strength continuous casting iron, and put forward the technology idea that aim is to obtain high-strength continuous casting iron profiles by "third cold spray". According as cast iron physical metallurgy, in actual ZSL-02 continuous casting product line,this paper put into use the technology of "third cold spray" in eutectoid temperature in order to treat theΦ60,Φ75 andΦ100 three classes of continuous casting iron, and analyzed the sample microstructure and each mechanical properties at different spray of cold conditions.Because of the stinging effect of "third cold spray", the continuous casting iron will have some remnant stress. It will affect the mechanical properties of the continuous casting iron. Thus, in this experimentation, we managed to pledge the temperature of continuous casting iron about 500℃. Because of the anneal action of the continuous casting iron, the side-effect of "third cold spray" fall obviously.When"third cold spry" have been put in practice, pearlite increased obviously in the continuous casting iron. After parameter optimization compaged, when the amount of water pockets was three, distance of water pocket is 150mm, and water flux is 5.82m3·h-1, the percentage content of the pearlite has been reached 70 percent. The mechanical properties of three classes high-strength continuous casting iron have respectively reached:Φ60 continuous casting iron, its hardness was 291 HB, and its tensile strength was 685 MPa;Φ75 continuous casting iron, its hardness reached 293 HB, and its tensile strength reached 650 MPa;Φ100 continuous casting iron, its hardness was 301 HB, and its tensile strength reached 655 MPa.In addition to the strength profiles of continuous casting iron depend on its body, the effect of spheroidzing performance also have an important impact on the mechanical properties of continuous casting iron. Therefore, on the basis of the existing domestic enterprises spheroidisation on the casting process, this article put forward the spheroidzing skim technology. Through comparative analysis of samples with before and after skim technology, the results showed that after spheroidzing skim treatment continuous casting nodular iron profiles of spheroidzing class increased two grade levels. In the field of statistics also showed that using spheroidzing skim technology, the spheroidtic agent reduced 22%.In the actual production of continuous casting iron, the staff found that some products surface existed profile of "injury" and "scar Paper"defects, which damaged to the quality of the continuous casting product. Therefore, this article put forward the mechanism of forming profiles defects through the "injury"and "scar paper", and to improve measures and verify the scene. Many times test results showed that after the improved technology the profile of the surface didn't existed the "injury"and "scar paper" defects. |
