| The first part: On the base of the optimization of process flow, this thesis design orthogonal experiments on extraction process of capsanthin, overall yield, and total energy consumption. And the optimum reactive condition of extracting process was determined: capsicum powder: acetone=1(g): 9(ml) , the extraction time 180 min, temperature 90℃, overall yield 11.15%, average energy consumption 0.26yuan/g. To enhance the color value, this thesis focus on elimination of capsaicin and removal of the esters in capsicum oleoresin, and the results show that the color value of the extract capsanthin can achieve 250~320; At the same time, the paper carries on the designed computation to the capsanthin extraction process main cauldron equipment.The second part: Extraction of this topic in capsanthin on the basis of economic separation from the higher value-added products to capsaicin extract, purification. Use of ultrasonic testing, and through a variety of isolation and sepa ration test reagents from capsaicin pepper and a total of pigment, get more yield of capsaicin crude products, and qualitative for the re-crystallization of capsaicin for the experiment. Through repeated experiments for ethyl acetate, petroleum ether, ethyl ether, and a crystallization of cyclohexane solvent crystallization of inspection results. |
