The relation between human and nature experienced four stages: original coordination, basic balance, serious tension and the harmony of human and nature. The grimmer ecological environment crisis is warning human and human begin to call for a new civilization—ecological civilization. Ecological civilization means all the achievements in the aspects of material, spirit and system, which have been achieved by continuously overcoming negative effects that is caused by people's working on the nature, through actively improving and perfecting the relation of human and nature, and through constructing normal system of ecological perform and good ecological environment. Ecological civilization has the characteristics of sustainability, harmoniousness and integration. Ecological civilization has its own value mode, practical mode, theoretical mode and political mode. Ecological civilization is the necessary result of contemporary converting of human civilization, is a certain chosen of our trying to delete the danger from source environment to realize sustained development, is the inner meaning of making the idea of scientific development active and of constructing harmonious society, is a historical and emergency duty for our party in new time. Dialectical relations between human and nature include that the definite and the infinite, the part and the whole, counter action and decisive action and the subject and the object, etc., we must base on dialectic relation between human and nature, abide the rule of respecting nature laws together with regard the people as the aim, steadily advance the systematical job of constructing ecological civilization from every points of the technology, the rule and the law.
