This paper for the purpose of reuse of wastewater from circulating cooling water, puting forward the wastewater recycling programme and comparing with it in accordance with the quality of wastewater, ultimately, double membrane technology was determined. Based on study about practical engineering application of double membrane technology,analysis of their running costs and established the price model of double membrane technology, at the same time, making use of VB programming language to creat the visual interface about unit cost price of water treatment, and thus its control of running cost. Final refer to practical engineer- ing application of double membrane technology for technical and economic analysis and evalution, when discharge of 150m3/h, all the wastewater back for the circulating cooling water systems, fresh water will save1.2million m3 every year, while can reduce charges 600,000 yuan ,at the same time, the expenses of wastewater discharge can be exempt.Thus the annual direct economic benefit 2.4million, after deducting the annual running costs 1.776 million yuan, 624,000yuan annual net income.This text analysis on the row class ratio (number of row of string class /series) in the laboratory method that simulate multi-stage counter current extraction by string class experment,which is proposed in literature[56]. Take acetone(A)-chloroform(B)-the water(S) ternary system for example and utilizes Aspen Plus simulation software to make a simulation about it.The results showed that the number of row of simulate experiment is up to more than three times of series can reach a stable density value , it agree well with the experiment experience.
