Study On Mathematics Model For Gear Chamfer Integrated Manufacturing System

Machining of the gear chamfer is the key to the manufacture of the synchrotron gear in car gearshift. Due to the geometry figure surface of the gear chamfer is complex and the adjustment of multifarious chamfer machine is difficult, mathematics model for the machining of the gear chamfer is needed to set up to guide the adjustment of the chamfer machine. Considering the diversity of the gear chamfer and the difference of the chamfer machines, mathematics model for gear chamfer integrated manufacturing system will meet the further development of the chamfer machines.Aiming at how to set up the mathematics model for gear chamfer integrated manufacturing system, further research has been done as follows, Firstly, the forgoing research fruit is summarized, configuration contrast modularization principle is divided into three parts, namely standard information module, virtual chamfer mathematics module, equipment state getparms module. Secondly, information standardization methods in integrated manufacturing system are put forward, the concept of key drawing is defined, and the mathematics models of different type of the chamfer machines. Thirdly, general virtual chamfer machining mathematics model is researched. Standard flow of virtual chamfer mathematics model is established. Basic function database of the gear chamfer integrated manufacture system is up built. Arithmetic database of the virtual chamfer mathematics model is constructed primarily. Different evaluation methods are brought out for different virtual chamfer models. Evaluations method of tolerance circle is put forward and proved. The link between the virtual chamfer mathematics model and experience database is the key, so the solutions for searching method is advanced.Finally, different configuration-state equations is set up separately to the different type of chamfer machines, thus agility manufacture of the virtual chamfer mathematics model in chamfer machine becomes possible.
