| Based on the composing characteristic of QingKaiLing injection. Through plenty of consulting documents and theoretic analysis, on the basis of experiment, we defined the the flow of production craft of QingKaiLing injection with ultrafiltratio as well as the proper operation condition of ultrafiltration and the way to clean ceramic membrane.First,we worked out the standard of Qing kailing injection's quality after consult pharmacopoeia of china and others paper. Through compared some pre-disposing methods,we think it is good to pre-dispose Qing kailing injection by Centrifugation 45min when the rotate speed is 1000r/min.we also obtained the flow of preparation of Qingkailing Injection,by think of physical property and chemic property, review the effect of diffrent ceramic membrane ultrafiltration,and think over results of different temperature and pressure,we knew that the defined flow of production craft of QingKaiLing injection with ultrafiltratio by test is: The water extracted of the QingKaiLing injection is predisposed by Centrifugation 45min, Then they will be refined by the membrane of 0.2μm,100KD separately. It's pH Value is Adjusted to 7.2～7.5 and added to Baicalin,cholic acid and deoxycholic acid, and then we can get production before add deionized water to defined volumn. The effective operation condition of the ultrafiltration is under the operation pressure of 0.25Pa, and operation temperature of 50℃.he The effective membrane cleaning way is that after water cleaning, sodium hydroxide(concentration of 2wt%) clean membrane for 40 minutes at 80℃, then clean it for 30minutes at 50℃in the nitric acid whose concentration is 2.5wt%. The recovery rate of filtrate flux can reach l at least 95% generally.
