Because of the concealment and complexity of drilling task, downhloe complexities happen frequently in drilling process. If not handled properly, it will cause accidents and even the breakdown of the drillhole. In order to minimize the possibility of accidents, the technical training for the operators who are at work or not must be strengthened, and their professional level and the operating skill must be improved, especially their capability of accident judgment and accident handling.Based on the key project of SinoPec"Drilling Simulation System by Computer"(No.JP04014), this thesis mainly studies the method of drilling accident modeling and the simulation of accident handling process.The main contributions are as follows:1. Based on the mechanism and the characteristic of downhole accidents, six kinds of accidents happened frequently while drilling are modeled. Three-dimensional animated technique is used to display the simulating procedure of each accident. Then, a drilling accident diagnosis system is implemented by C++ programming based on the accident modeling.2. Fifteen handling methods of downhole accidents are studied in the simulation process, and the three-dimensional animation technique is used to show the process for enhancing the reality while training.3. Two kinds of virtual well control equipments for handling downhole accidents are developed with LabVIEW for simulating the true equipments while drilling.4. Multi-agent system modeling method for simulation is studied, and the primitive parameters in the conventional Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language (KQML) are extended and the extended KQML language is implemented by C++ programming. 5. A simulation training system for accidents handling modeling is implemented with C++ Builder based on the modeling method and well control equipments above.
