The SAGD Project Design In Lengjia Oilfield

The heavy oil, especially ultra heavy oil, production technology had been broadly tested and applied based on the gravity drainage mechanism. S32 formation of Leng 41 Block had been the middle-latter stage using the steam huff and puff technology, and it was more and more important to study the new production method for the reservoir. The SAGD technology was studied in Leng 41 block to enhance oil recovery. The project, including technology design of injection and production, ground support equipment selection and monitoring system design, was accomplished using the theories and technologies of the reservoir engineering, production engineering and reservoir simulation. At the same time, the technology improvement measures were presented for the steam injection method, production technique, pressure control and temperature monitoring, and so on. the key technical parameters of the SAGD technology were studied. The results showed that the operating pressure of steam cavity is 4.0～5.0MPa, the single well production is 40～80t/d, instantaneous oil/steam ratio is 0.2～0.45 and cumulative oil/steam ratio is 0.25～0.30. The SAGD technology is one of the effective production technology for Leng 41 block in Liaohe Oilfield.
