The main compositions that such as CODCr, BOD5, NH3- N, TN, TP of inflents of Gaoqiao Sewage factory of Zunyi city during 2003, 2006, 2007 are reserched by statistical methods. The main conclusions obtained are as follows.The data of Gaoqiao Sewage factory suggested that the town wastewater collecting systems have a marked influence on the treating effects of the factory. The concentrations of CODCr, N, P of influents of the factory within the time before building the wastewater collecting systems are lower than those of biult and the removal results are worse than those of built.The compositions data of 2007 were analyzed by statistical method with statistical software of SPSS, for the correlations of months', seasons', years'data of COD- BOD5, temperature of water - temperature of air; temperature of water- removal rate of CODCr, temperature of water-removal rate of TN, temperature of water-removal rate of TP ; CODCr -TN of influents, the main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1) The linear correlationship of CODCr - BOD5 of the infleunts was notable. The linear correlationship of CODCr - BOD5 of the effluents was worse. As many authors, the author regard the CODCr as a principle parameter to monitor the process of operation. (2)The linear correlationship of water temperature- removal rate of CODCr was not nobale, this suggests that there are a surplus ability in the system of the factory. Therefore, the managers of factory must pay a ttention to improve the operation with economizing method, for example lowering the incoming air quantity. The linear correlationship of the water temperature- removal rate of TN is noble, explaining the water temperature has a good influence on TN's removal rate .(3) The linear correlation of the incoming water CODCr and TN was noble, explain two part has a good contaction in this region.Based the data of Gaoqiao sewage factory that mentioned above, author experimentalized and design the main unit for the reformation of Yancun Sewage factory. Biological aerated filter(BAF) is recommended and the main conclusions are obtained as follows:(1) After the experimental BAF unit was run about a week, there were some silk form bacteriums to adhere to the wall inside the unit, the color of the sludge memdrane to overlay of the filters surface were changed from grey into yellow, the removal rate of CODCr and NH3- N wre about 70%, the efluents quality is very good, the culturing period of membrane was completed.(2)The height of packing has the influence to the BAF effect: The removal rate of CODCr is highly related with packing height.(3) Increasing the packing hight the removal rate of SS is increased, and the of removal rate SS at the site of 50cm is marked, the removal rate of SS is about 70%, at the outlet the removal rate of SS is about 99%.(4) The removal rate of NH3- N in 100cm packing was biggest, when exceeding 150cm packing, the increasing of the removal rate was obviously slow. The concentration of TN was decreased along with the packing height, the removal rate of TN was 50.2% at last, the removal result of TN was not really perfect.(5) 50%TP could be removed in BAF. The work place was main in 100cm packing.(6)The hydraulic load influence : The better hydraulic load was 1. 0~2.0 m/ h.Author recommend the single stage BAF technology for the reformation of Yancun Sewage factory by the experiment results, the processing result could attain the GB18918-2002 class B standard.
