Constant relative profile is essential for good unevenness of flatness. But profile control is very complex because it will be effected by all the rolling factors. Profile can effect the unevenness of flatness and vice versa. Both of them are essential for flat steel quality control and should be considered simultaneously.The shape control technology is the key technology in the modern stripproduction.The development of the shape theory has produced a great effect onthe strip rolling technique.But with the increasing demands of the quality ofrolling strip production in the market,the weakness has evidently appeared inthe conventional theory.With the improvement of computer,the artificialintelligence has been widely applied in different fields.The combination of theartificial intelligence technique and the rolling technique has been made in therolling theory and has achieved great results.This paper is about the improvement on the unevenness of flatness of die steel in blooming mill, Tisco. The thesis is fully based on the situations of the shape control system on site. There are some problems during the working of the system. Though there have some difficulties in dealing with these problems, we overcome and put forward the measurements about how to improvement on flat steel shape control.At present, research of shape controls mainly emphasis on models analysis. But this thesis is different with others. It cares for research of equipments and rolling technics on site, and gives some new ideas about control rolling which effect shape .It brings forward optimization of production structure and press scheme,heating technics.Moreover the paper also describes the development of the shape control system in detail, involved in rolling technics. So this thesis can be used for others as reference...
