Pyrrolopyrimidine derivatives have been found to show widespread biological activities,such as:fungicide,antivirus and anticancer.In this paper,we studied the synthesis of novel pyrrolopyrimidine derivatives via aza-Wittig reaction which is known for its available materials,mild condition and high yield.The condition for cyclization was researched.The spectral properties and biological activities of some compounds were also researched.It can be summarized as bellows:1.Sixty-six unreported compounds in three series were synthesized,and one reactive intermediate carbodiimide was also reported.All of these spectral properties were studied.These are:1)2-alkylamino-3-aryl-5-phenyl-pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidin-7-carbonitrile-4(3H)-ones (44 Comp.)2)2-alkyloxyl-3-aryl-5-phenyl-pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidin-7-carbonitrile-4(3H)-ones(7 Comp.)3)2-aryloxyl-3-aryl-5-phenyl-pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidin-7-carbonitrile-4(3H)-ones (15 Comp.)2.The cyclization of carbodiimide with amines,alcohols,phenols was studied and the results showed that the cyclization of carbodiimide with phenols in the presence of solid potassium carbonate at ambient temperature to 50℃,the cyclization of carbodiimide with amines and alcohols should in the presence of RONa.3.The fungicidal activities of partial new compounds mentioned were studied.The results showed that the compounds selected did not exhibit satisfactory inhibition of Rhizoctonia solani,Gibberella zeae,Botrytis cinereapers,Dothiorella gregaria,Fusarium oxysporium,Colletotrichum gossypii.
