Static and electromagnetic radiation has brought many troubles or even disaster to human beings. This topic starts with the theory of static and electromagnetic radiation. Based on the principle of preventing static and radiation,choosing the stainless steel fiber as conductive fiber blended with viscose fiber,at last,woven into the textile fabrics with function of antistatic and electromagnetic shieldingThis topic starts with the choice of raw materials,spinning the blended yarn and woven into the fabrics. Established the technological process and choose the technologic parameter for each working procedure. Especially make detailed analysis and description on blending technology. For getting different system of stainless steel fiber content blended yarn,just by blending different proportion of the stainless steel fiber with equivalent viscose fiber,then discussed and analyzed the performance of ten kinds of ratio stainless steel fibers blended yarn. Based on the experimental study and physical performance testing on the blended yarn,summarize the conclusion that different stainless steel fiber content has the different influence in the strength and elongation at break of the yarn. Making antistatic and electromagnetic shielding testing on the blended fabric,discussing the impact of the fabric antistatic effects and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness by different fabrics structure and different proportion of stainless steel fiber content.
