Cyclic Activated Sludge System (CASS) is one kind of new developed biological sewage treatment nowadays. CASS has been received more and more attention in sewage from plant treatment process in China.Waste waters of pharmacy from Pesticide Plant and Pharmacy Plant were treated with the CASS. The ratio of circumfluence, the period of filling water, the proportion of the reactor parts, organic load to removal efficiency of COD and ammonic nitrogen has been inspected during the experimentation. The result shows that: CASS run well when the ratio of circumfluence was 50%. When the period of filling water has been changed, CASS showed a capability to hydraulics load .When proportion of reactor parts was 1:1:10, the COD and ammonic nitrogen removal rate of the pesticide waste water were better than the other; the COD and ammonic nitrogen removal rate of the pharmacy waste water stabilize at reactor part proportion was 1:2:10.
