In this paper,main research object is boom-type roadheader that widely used in laneway excavation in underground coal mine,with increasing enlargement of roadheader's application, people put forward more request to its cutting ability. For improving its cutting ability, many countries have made much attempt and research, there is no doubt and it is a new and effective way on improving cutting ability by using vibrate-cuting technology. A type of vibrate-cutting mechanism of roadheader was studied systematically in the paper The following are the main contents:In this paper, longitudinal axis type road header of EBH-132 is made as an example. First,the development process of boom-type road header in our country is introduced, reviews the status and trends of boom-type road header at home and abroad. Expounds the research purposes and methods of boom-type road header. According to geological conditions,productivity of fully mechanized coal face, as well as ancillary Shearer, scraper conveyor, and other major equipment, determine EBH-132-boring machine models and the main parameters. And a cutting head of the force stability analysis, application Ansys completed boom-type road header-ho tooth model and finite element analysis.Secondly there are some shortcomings and the lack of for the transmission of vibration cutting,in this paper, analysis the vibration cutting agencies of boom-type road header, and institutions the dynamics of vibration cutting . Using Lagrange equation the vibration cutting institutions unloaded mathematical model of the system dynamics, and computer numerical solution. Based on calculations and simulation curve analysis, draw a conclusion of the movement regularity of the cutting head unloaded. Further, its dynamic characteristic under loading is analyzed. Establish dynamic model of vibra-cutting mechanism of roadheaderunder loading then the differential equation is solved, according to factual design parameter of road header, movement differential equation is simplified, and sought its analytical solution. Simulink model to simplify the application of computer simulation, the results of the comparative analysis, the simplified model is that the basic feasible.Finally for the movement state of cutting head of boom-type road header in different conditions ,using Matlab work on the cutting head of the agency running trajectory, velocity, acceleration simulation programming, drawing cutting head trajectory, velocity and acceleration envelope map for verification of the roadway trajectory planning reasonable basis.Computer simulation technology, finite element technique used cantilevered boring machine study is a long-term, complicated and arduous work, we study their work is only exploratory research.
