With the mine scale enhancing and the mine toward deep level, the geo-stress becoming more and more strongly and the wall rock of gateway more and more exhibits the characteristic of soft rock, the problem of the timbering and the maintenance of soft rock gateway is more aculeate. Recently anchor reinforce has been extensive used because the bolting of coal gateway has mellowed. However, the anchor reinforce using in soft rock is different and has its characteristic. In engineering application, phenomena such as wall rock deformation too large, bolt and cable broken, even engineering accident, still exists. Support of soft rock is very important for mining coal.By means of theoretical analysis, monitoring in site, experiment in lab and engineering practice, bolt-net-tight wire coupled support of gateway with high geo-stress soft rock is systemic researched. Base on the research of high geo-stress soft rock gateway deformation break and bolt-net-tight wire coupled support theories, through simulating couple support using numerical simulation software Flac3D, it is validated that couple support can commendably solve the problem of soft rock gateway support, then on the ground of the project of ShiTanJing mine of ShenHuaNingMei group, couple support is achieved by three step below.â‘ The intensity coupled support of cable and wall rock is completed by analyzing the monitored deformation data of gateway and finding the best cable support period of time.â‘¡Based on experiment in lab, combining with analysis of rigidity coupled support theory, component that couples support structure and wall rock rigidity is found and applied on site, it works well.â‘¢The key issues of bolt and wall rock rigidity coupling is finding the deformation range of bolt. By analysis of monitored data of abscises layer in gateway floor, deformation range and component of bolt coupling is found. It takes good effect on site.The new method of soft rock gateway support is found in my paper, basing on soft rock coupled support theory, by monitoring on site, experiment in lab and applying on site. So, coupled component will take important effect in high geo-stress soft rock gateway support.
