The structure and properties of Original fiber directly impact on carbon fiber's quality,and the comonomer will impact the performance of the PAN precursor.By adding certain copolylner composition in the preparation of carbon fiber,reducing the activation energy is a conducive factor to the promotion of crosslinking,easing pre-oxidation exothermic reaction,improving fiber density and uniformity,ensuring that carbon fiber strength.Therefore,it is necessary to study the different comonomer on the structure and properties of polyacrylonitrile.From different monomer ratio of PAN copolymers,as well as the original silk and silk-oxygen this paper starts to study the structure,with help of solid 13C-NMR,FT-IR,DSC,TMA,XRD and elemental analysis. We find that:adding IA can increaseviscosity,adding MA decreases viscosity;IA and MA could impact the degree of crystallinity and appropriate grain size smaller.Joining IA enhances system stability,and joining MA can also improve thermal stability.Pre-oxidation process in the first dehydrogenation reaction,cyclization reaction happen behind it.With MA,copolymer structure increases in miscellaneous.With the increase in MA,the initial temperature of the central(Ts)and exothermic peak temperature(Tp)increase part of the initial temperature(Ts)and exothermic increase peak temperature with the PAN compolymer IA reduce the number and content.
