Research On Product Configuration Design Oriented To Air Nailers

With the advancement of technology and economic development, market environment has changed a lot. In order to take upper hand, enterprises need to provide variable products in a short time for consumers. As a method of product rapid design, configuration design is placing great emphasis. With the support from the project of Product Digital Industrial Design Platform-Development for Product Innovation and Application of Electronic-Driving Tool/Air-Driving Tool Product-Development, do a serious of research on the configuration design theory and system in this paper and develop configuration design prototyping of air nailer.Firstly, do research to basic theory and key technology of configuration design, and analyze the central idea of industrial design, indicate the request of industrial design to product configuration design, on the basis of this, make sure the total thought of air nailer: product configuration modeling and fast configuration design oriented to the customer's requirements.Next, do research on the method of configuration modeling of air nailer. Research a configuration modeling method which on the basis of EER model, build a configuration model oriented to industrial design after analyzing the design requirements and traits of air nailer.Thirdly, research the product configuration problem's solving methods of air nailer. Study an integrated configuration solving method which integrates case-based reasoning and knowledge-based reasoning: at first, on the basis of product configuration model, according to customer's requirements, do case matching, get a similar case; then, based on sphere knowledge and configuration restricts, do module and configurable attribute configuration, and get the product which consumer needed at last.At last, according to configuration design theory and key technology, develop configuration design prototyping software system of air nailer, accomplish computer-aided configuration design of air nailer.
