the GGH of the FGD system of the 1st FGD system of Taishan power plant is often blocked, the pressure drop of cleaned FGD system will rise from 900Pa to 1500 Pa in two months'operation, This problem has severe influence on the normal operation of the power plant.The analysis find that the root of GGH plug is that the small droplets of the smaller diameter is excessive.In order to explore how to reduce small droplet in fule gas.the cold experiment table is established proportionally by the similar model theory,screen is installated in the bubbling bed, MgO Shooting method is used to study distribution of small droplet diameter,screen influence on small drop is mainly talked about in this paper,the experimental data show that:the higher JBR level, the less small droplet formation,and each JBR level has a best screen installation location.In addition, before and after the bubble Bed is installated,this paper has also used my own designing testing device to study small droplets distribution after on-site mist eliminator. Based on the analysis of the before and after transformation data, the transformation programme has achieved good results.
