| Xi'an is the capital of Shaanxi Province. Because the climate of northwest is dry and the rainfall is lower, the water resource situation of this city is not sustainable. Although there are many rivers in the city, the water pollution is very serious, and the water resource which can be used is limited. The supply and demand of water resource is out of balance. So it can't coordinate with society and economy. To take sewage which is treated as a second water resource, is benefit for environmental protection and water saving.By calculate the total quantity of water resource and which can be used, the paper compared it with water demand. To solve the problem of water supply and demand paradox, the recovery of sewage is researched in order to relieve the paradox. The main content of the paper is as follows:This paper investigated Xi'an city's Water resource, Water supply etc, It also analyse water resource empolder and using status quo, supply and demand balance status of water rescource and its development situation, concerning with the existed problems and the influence to our economic society, the development of water resources in Xi'an proposed that the necessity and significance of sewage reuse. Took the comparison on water quality of second processing level of Xi'an Beishiqiao sewage processing plant with industrial, landscape, publican and agricultural water national standard, proposed the attainability of sewage reuse.Through the calculation of sewage discharge of the urban areas in Xi'an in 2010 and 2020, combined with the processing capability of Xi'an sewage water processing plant, and then calculated out the production of recycled water. Finally, after the analysis, we predicted recycled water demand of the industry, urban agricultural irrigation, urban landscape supplement, roads sprinkling, motor washing and publican parks greening, considering the position and processing scale of sewage water processing plant, then to guarantee the reasonable disposition of recycled water. |
