Chrome cladding material is used in the industry field widely because of high degree of hardness,high-wearing feature.However, a difficult task is to repair chrome cladding material if chrome cladding material is destried,especially large-scale machine.Brush plating chrome have goodness because that it is used expediently,do not require coating bath.But brush plating chrome was used rarely because that chrome sedimentation mechanism is complex ,current efficiency and deposition rate is low, film is not bright .By several years research,one Hu BEI research institute study brush plating chrome to obtain patented invention,but chrome cladding material is not bright,chrome concentration is very high in the liquor, operating complex restrict to apply,Therfore,researchful project of brush plating chrome is beginning moment,brush plating chrome batch formula,addition agent and theory must be researched.Aim at an above problem ,my subject success develop a good recipe with high current efficiency,high deposition rate and bright film attribute to orthogonal test; To use SEM,XRD,EDS method to research organize pattern conformation on chrome film; To use high degree of accuracy hardmeter, abrasion wear test machine ,element potentiostat to messure degree of hardness,wear-resisting property ,corrosion resistance and combining power compare to HU BEI patent and standard plating chrome.Except this subject also study brush plating chrome mechanics and analyse infection of relative motion in order to offer consult in mechanics research and provide technology in brush plating chrome application.From above research to gain some result:1.Brush plating chrome have three properties include in high current efficiency(46%),high deposition rate(1285mg/h),high bright film(95).Plating liquid make up from low chroma chrome,high range technics and convenient operation.2.From SEM,XRD,EDS research know: brush plating chrome film is surfacing,grain size is nanometer,phase structure is chrome, brush plating chrome have not only chrome but also contain carbon,oxygen,manganese element. 3. To do experiment in function ,brush plating chrome have high hardness,good wear-resisting property and prevention of corruption.The property of brush plating chrome is better than patentand standard chrome film , so this technology have width foreground in the future.
