| Diamonds are arrayed stochasticly in traditional saw blades. So there are more diamonds in some places, and less in other palces. For the whole cutting course, the traditional saw blade has such problems: utilize rate of diamond is low.shapeness and life restrict each other,and are difficulte to be improved simultaneity.The products'cutting performance isn't stability . In order to solve these problems, some researchers suggest to design a kind of special saw blade in which the diamonds are arrayed evenly.Array pattern saw blade can improve shapeness and life simultaneity, increase the efficiency of diamond,improve the cutting stability of saw blade.The following contents are studied in this paper:1 Find an appropriate manner to product array pattern saw blade,and made all diamonds can 100% arrayed in matrix formula according to design.2 The difficulties between array pattern saw blade and traditional saw blade are compared, how to design transverse and lengthways space, diamond parameters and matrix formula are discussed.3 According to a series of tests,the cutting performances of array pattern saw blade and traditional saw blade are compared,and several saw blades show well.And the different cutting performances of saw blades are compared,which are creteaded by the different pattern parameters, diamond parameters,matrix formula and saw-tooth shape.4 The father area of this research are refered in the paper.In order to improve cutting performance,the pattern manner can get more ameliorated according to the cutting elements of saw blade.Array pattern can be used in grinding wheel and engineering bit except saw blade.The development of the technology will bring to an innovation of diamond tools. |
