This article has designed a set of systems, This system has realized to the short electric arc numerically-controlled machine tool on the electric discharge point target track, Because the short electric arc numerically-controlled machine tool works time, In the electric discharge point surrounding air has the smog, the dust, the steam and the pellet, Therefore the electric discharge point temperature survey and monitor tool this article chooses the optical fiber thermodetector. The optical fiber thermodetector sensitivity is high, the anti-electromagnetic field disturbance, the high insulation strength, thermostable, anti-corrosive against burns the explosion-proof, easy to realize the long-distance range multichannel survey and the control, the structure is simple, the volume is small, the weight light, consumes the electricity to be few, its collection sensing and transmission in a body. Optical fiber thermodetector gathering signal this article uses the wavelet algorithm to carry on processing, the wavelet theory is develops in the Fourier transformation foundation, theoretically, the wavelet analysis takes a new mathematics branch to consider that is the functional analysis, the Fourier's analysis, the harmonic analysis and the numerical analysis perfect crystallization. At present by the widespread application's mathematical instrument wavelet transformation's analysis method is one very effective signal time-frequency analytic method. Signal after wavelet transformation controls step-by-steps the electric motor, realizes the optical fiber thermodetector to the working point real-time track. Because the working point displacement is away from is very small, therefore this article uses step-by-steps electric motor's segmentation actuation, reduced the step pitch angle, has realized the precise track..This design divides into four major parts: First, uses the optical fiber thermodetector to carry on the examination for the working point temperature. Second, the optical fiber thermodetector outputs the signal realizes the wavelet transformation on the digital signal processor. Third, realizes after the processing signal to step-by-steps electric motor's control, realizes the optical fiber thermodetector to the working point real-time track. Fourth, this design's connection design, has realized between the optical fiber thermodetector and the digital signal processor and the digital signal processor's connection.
