| Nowadays,due to the difficulty of leachate disposal,circular semi-aerobic technology and the aged refuse are combined together during the research.Through laboratory simulation study,the feasibility and reasonableness of leachate treatment with semi-aerobic aged refuse bio-bed are developed.First analyzed the leachate treating effects with different kinds of influent and operating ways about semi-aerobic aged refuse bio-bed,then the methodology of orthogonal to optimize the process parameters is applied,comparing and investigating the pollutants removal effects of leachate circumfluence.Test results of the single-factor included:At first,the two main factors as leachate hydraulic retention time and the number of reactor microorganisms could affect the removal of pollutants,the best influent frequency of the experiment is 2 times per day,thus the influent frequency should been controlled at a reasonable range.Second,Under different hydraulic loads conditions,removal rates of CODcr,NH3-N and TN with semi-aerobic aged refuse bio-bed were between 81.12%~97.43%,88.54%~98.50%and 81.72%~95.10%respectively.Third,when the organic load was 8.0g/m3 garbage per time,also with the influent condition which NH3-N concentration was 693 mg/L,770mg/L in TN concentration,the removal rates were 98.73%,99.29%,94.84%respectively in CODcr,NH3-N and TN,the removal impacts could be better within this condition.Fourth,when the influent concentration of NH3-N was 800 mg/L,the impacts could arrive at 98.89%,thereby, the temperature influence to the system treating efficiency shouldn't be neglected. Fifth,when the temperature was 30℃,the influent concentration of NH3-N was 491.85mg/L,also the CODcr influent concentration was 12000mg/L,the removal rates could be reached 96.40%,99.89%separately.The results of the parameter optimization showed that The best circulating parameters according to the optimization of orthogonal experiment could be 11.2 g/ m3 garbage per time,1200mg/L in NH3-N concentration,water loads being 0.8L/(m3 garbage per time),influent cycle being 24h.The efficiency of the leachate treatment with semi-aerobic aged refuse bio-bed can be advanced by applying the best technical parameter for leachate circumfluence in the contrasting experiment. |
