Electron- transport Materials (ETM), as the main part of the Charge Transport Layer (CTL) of Organic Photoconductor (OPC), will significantly influence the performance of organic photoconductive devices. Synthesis of novel ETMs is one of hotspot in organic light-emitting diodes (OLED) field.Therefore, ten triazole derivates, 3,5-bis(4-aminophenyl)-4-{4-[5-(4-aminophenyl)-1,3,4-oxadizol-2-yl]phenyl}-1,2,4-triazole (APOTA),4-(4-chlorophenyl)-3,5- diphenyl-1,2,4-triazole (TPTZCl),3,4,5-triphenyl-1,2,4-triazole (TPTZ),4-(4- chlorophenyl)-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole (CNPTZ), 4-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(2-hydroxyph-enyl)-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole (POPTZ), 4-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-pheny-5-(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (p-PDCPZ), 1,4-bis(3,5-diphenyl-1,3,4-tiiazol-4-yl)benzene (DPTZB), 4,4'-bis(3,5-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)biphenyl (DPTZBP), 4,4'-bis(3,5-bis-(4-nitrophe-nyl)-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)biphenyl (NPTZBP), 4,4'-bis[3,5-di(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl]biphenyl (DTTZBP) were synthesized by the method of simplicity and controllability conditions. Among them, seven are new compounds. Their structures were determined by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FL and single crystal structure.In addition, by means of B3LYP methods, the structures of DPTZBP and NPTZBP in neutral and anionic states were optimized, and then these two compounds of electron affinity were calculated. The results suggested that this kind of compounds were fit for electron-transport materials. By theoretic calculation, it is helpful for us to study this kind of compounds as electron-transport materials in special properties and fields.
