Aimed to solve the problem in the former production process of Clindamycin Phosphate (CLP), the paper discussed the feasibility that the desorption solution of CLP was concentrated by nanofiltration. The paper compared two kinds of nanofiltration membranes, discussed the impact of operation condition such as temperature and pressure on the separation performance of nanofiltration membrane and quality of product, and further discussed the separation performance of nanofiltration membrane and the impact on the quality of product under the stated operation condition by scale-up production process. Results indicated that NF-A membrane was more excellent than NF-B membrane; It was the best operation condition of nanofiltion that was 50-60℃of temperature and 1.5MPa of pressure. Under the operation condition, the concentration multiple was more than 5, the permeation rate reached 99%, the loss of nanofiltration was less than 1%. The quality of CLP gained by nanofiltration concentration was better than by former decompressing-distillation concentration on assay, total impurity and individual impurity while the yield of CLP was no obvious difference. Nanofiltration could reduced the consumption of solvent and power and loss of quality, the created profit was about 1 million RMB annually while the contamination on air was reduced. The paper presented that it was feasible on technology and economic that the decompressing-distillation concentration was replaced by nanofiltration concentration.
