Recent years, the scale of air heating furnace(AHF) has enlarged ceaselessly. It has played an important role in national economy. With the development of morden technology, people focused requirements on the life-span of AHF, operation analysis and optimized design. It's related to the technology, economy and energy conservation of AHF inevitably. For a long time, the study on the wall temperature of AHF and optimized design are fewer, and no formulas can be used to calculate the wall temperature. In order to effectively prolong its life-span and promote its economical performance, this paper carries on deeper analysis on AHF, The main content and achievements as following:1. Analyzed the temperature changes of the heating surface (AHF). The computational formula is educed to calculate the wall temperature. Through analyzing the formula, the factors which affect on the wall temperature are found out, and through calculating practical example, the quantificational relation is educed between the factors and the wall temperature, which will offer references to control of wall temperature.2. Applying economical analyse method, this paper established mathematics model of AHF. Based on the principle of the lowest year converted expense, the expression of economical velocity is obtained. Using optimized method to practical example of AHF. At the same time, comparing year converted expense under different temperature of venting smoke, comfirming the economical temperature of venting smoke.3. Using electrovalence, material expense, reclaimed time of investing and the work hours of a year as hypersensitive factors, this dissertation obtained relation between these factors and year converted expense and the economical velocity, supplyed references to project designer.
