Fiber-spreading machine is the important equipment in acrylic fibers making production line, its function is putting acrylic fibers which once handles on the chain plank and driving into dried environment to be shaped. Whether the fiber was efficiently spreaded on the chain plank, is the prior condition that assurance dries effect. The spreading machine in DaQing petrochemical factory acrylic-fibers workshop is a single-line machine with lower efficiency. It is also importing equipments, and appearing some problems over a long period of runtime. New double lines spreading device this paper discuss is developed for matching this kind of need. This paper turns the design thought of system according to the integration of mechanics and electrics.Firstly, analyzed the function that spreading device wants to complete. For matching the working environment, summarize the function that original spreading device have, then construe the function of double-line spreading device. After, put forward the total project of system. According to the basic design thought of integration of mechanics and electrics, carve up machine into three subsystems as performing, sensing and control parts.After that, carried on detailed research and analysis on main mechanism, made sure a kind of good performance device, solved problems in the original fiber-spreading machine. Applied 3D software Solidworks of the structure design carried on an accurate shape, mold to pack to the whole machine and got performance device of quality, quality heart and moment of inertia etc. On the 3D model foundation, COSMOS series analysis software was carried on kinetics and dynamics analytical, verify the new performance equip of superiority.Base on machine system, carried on a research to the electricity control system which corresponds at the system function of the mechanism system. The electricity control system adopts programmable logic controller as control core and the concentration handles various input or output signal and promise the stable movement of the whole system. Also make use of combination programmable logic controller and AC transducer to adapt the control system of demand. Put forward a kind of simple control project and another control project of higher quality towards new performing device. The design fiber spreading device is a typical mechanics and electrics integral system, have peculiarity of high automation, high dependable, low cost, and control convenience etc.In order to attain ideal spreading effect, need considering the factor that affect the spreading quality. Therefore spreading quality is the concentrated discussion of the paper's end. Discuss the measure of spreaing quality first, then analysis every factor and built up some mathematics or physical model, and put forward the solution which aims at each factor. These discussions is useful for improving spreading quality and aftertime's spreading equipments' design, hope to have a certain instruction function to production.
