| The membrane bioreactor(MBR),a new technology for wastewater treatment and reuse,combining biological treatment with advanced membrane separation,have many advantages such as high removal efficiency of pollutants,little surplus sludge, stable and high quality of effluent.This research on the characteristics of MBR used to treat the livestock wastewater includes the condition of starting the membrane bioreactor,the operational factor influence,as well as the effect of the livestock wastewater disposal.The results of the research were summarized in the following:(1)In the same sludge increment condition and small environmental variation, sludge can adapt to rapid changes in training environment,and achieve quick start.In the late start period,the processing efficiency of CODcr and NH3-N was up to 96 percent and 93 percent more respectively.(2)When the fallowing conditions achieved:the sludge concentration of 6000 mg/L around,DO value of 3 mg/L and above,HRT of 10 h,the removal efficiency of CODcr,SS,NH3-N,TN,TP is 93.7%to 97.5%,100%,90%to 96%,43%to 50%, 35%to 55%respectively.(3)The change of the temperature and the pH value,does not affect the removal efficiency of CODcr,SS,NH3-N,TN,TP obviously.(4)The influence of HRT on the system removal efficiency was that microbe haven't the sufficient reactive time with livestock wastewater which was expelled from the system,and it wasn't obvious when HRT was enough.Along with increasing of HRT,the influence of HRT on CODcr,NH3-N,TP removal efficiency enhanced firstly and then declined.(5)It was obvious to the influence of DO concentration on the system removal efficiencies.When the concentration of DO was 3.0 mg/L,the CODcr,NH3-N,TN, TP removal efficiencies were better.(6)When studying simultaneous nitrification and denitrification in membrane bioreactor,it was found that the concentration of DO was a key factor and the influence of pH value and temperature were unconspicuous.When DO concentration is 3.0mg/L,simultaneous nitrification and denitrification might proceed smoothly. With analyzing the mechanism of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification, it was founded that it was related with the theory of DO odds in reactor and micro-environment.(7)As submerged membrane bioreactor Sludge less,the use of biological phosphorus removal less effective,the experiment will enable timely Sludge MBR Phosphorus and increased efficiency.At the same time,with the extension of running, microbial metabolic product increased,and single bacteria were ragged,which all led to nitrification activity decrease.As the extension of sludge retention time,the CODcr, NH3-N,TN,TP removal efficiencies will decrease. |
