This paper mainly researched on the treatment of water samples and the actual industrial wastewater, combined with the features of nitrobenzene and aniline. In the experiment we selected microelectrolysis-Fenton-biochemical processes, and respectively implement a single factor analysis and index assessment. We selected the best conditions of microelectrolysis treatment as follows:iron carbon ratio:2:1 ( iron 50 g); reaction time:90 minutes; pH:3; wastewater concentration:nitrobenzene 1000 mg·L-1,aniline concentration 200 mg·L-1. The best conditions of Fenton step:the reaction time:90 minutes; pH:5 (Fenton reagents has not participate in);dosage ratio :[H2 O2 ]:[Fe2+] = 20 (FeSO4·7 H2O 2.78 g). The better conditions in which activated sludge wastewater treats with wastewater are as follows:domesticated mature optimum pH is 6.5 to 7; optimal solution concentration is 4 5 mg L-1; the settlement ratio keeps 13 to 25 percent; after 24 hours'stay, the treatment rate exceeds 90.0 percent and the COD of effluent solution was 45.23 mg L-1.We can see that the effect of treatment is stabile, and effluent wastewater complies to national 1 discharge standard in the second type of pollutant; to ensure the effluent can meet this standard, the aniline concentration limit of influent is 131.9 mg L-1.Under the best conditions,we study the treatment effect on nitrobenzene-aniline wastewater prepared in laboratory, and have found that the concentration of nitrobenzene and aniline,COD,color reduce Obviously after the microelectrolysis-Fenton-biochemical processes. effluent wastewater complies to national 1 discharge standard in the second type of pollutantFinally, under the best conditions,we research on the treatment effect on actual industrial wastewater by different combination of processes. Experiment data shows that the biochemical capability of wastewater which is treated only by microelectrolysis or Fenton process is bad. The removal rate of COD,nitrobenzene and aniline is relatively low,and fails to meet discharge standards; however the biochemical capability of wastewater which is treated both by microelectrolysis and Fenton process is good. The removal rate of COD, nitrobenzene and aniline is relatively high,COD can reach 97.2 percent.Meanwhile the color of effluent reaches lower, and can entirety meet discharge standards.
