Chemical equipment has been widely applied in almost every production field, including Chemical, oil refining, light industry. Some high-tech fields also can't be separated from chemical industry equipment such as space technology, energy technology.Agitators have been widely applied in Chemical industry, especially the production of fine chemicals. Reasonable selection of agitator in chemical unit equipment was very important, because it has significant effect upon the yield and energy consumption of chemical reaction. It is suitable for different operating and physical performance of reaction process, including synthetic plastics, synthetic fiber, elastomer, medicine, coatings, waste water treatment and so on. In our laboratory the stirring reactor was low to milliliters, but it also as big as numbers of kilosteres in waste water treatment and hydrometallurgy. Besides being chemical reactor and bioreactorsan,Stirred reactor has other wide application,such as some operations of hybrid, dispersion, dissolution, crystallization and so on.In the paper, the mail work is studies on the range of agitator and tank body diameter,agitator speed, range of carried media, stirring time and so on. Then the propeller agitators and turbine mixer have been compared The results showed that the power of Agitator was low than propeller agitators and turbine mixer,but the half of the stirring time was saved. Moreover the Agitator could push the efficiency up to 100%. Therefore it has remarkable economic.
