The feasibility of presulfiding hydrogenation catalyst with H2S and elemental sulfur was studied by means of intermittent batch reactor.The effects of different factors, such as the rate of calefaction, the quantity of presufidation medium, proportion of presufidation medium and H2, the program of sufiding, pressure of inertia gas and the diameter of catalyst grain were studied. The sulfur content of sulfided catalyst was determined,and the activity of the catalyst was measured using practical feeds in microreactor.The best condition was confirmed by orthogonal design.And then the feasibility of using H2S,H2,and CO2 as the acidic gas to presulfide hydrogenation catalyst.was studied.The result indicated that it was feasible to presulfide hydrogenation catalyst in intermittent batch reactor. The effect of the calefaction rate and temperature on the process of using H2S as presufidation medium was obvious. Taking inert gas into feeds can control the reaction rate and promote the sufiding effect. The catalyst which was prepared by this technology has the high activity,good stability,and better than the products of in-situ presuldied.After choosing an appropriate incipient sufiding temperature,the problem of exothermic was resolved effectively.The proportion of S and H2 can affect the reaction extent of S. The result indicated that to presulfide with elemental sulfur, the sulfur content of sulfided catalyst was high and better than in-situ presuldied catalyst. Presulfidied hydrogenation catalyst with acidic gas by batch reactor. the effect of CO2 was weak in low concentration,and the highest concentration of CO2 in acidic gas is less than 60%.Passivated the sulfided catalyst with air by means of batch reactor,on the basis of the first section passivation,a method of temperature-programmed passivation was determined.At the same time,the effect of using NH3 as the passivation gas was studied.The self-heating maximum temperature of passivated catalyst was tested by OUN,the change of activity was measured using practical feeds in microreactor.The results indicated that the catalyst which was passivated by temperature-programed has the good stability,after the passivation of second section,the self-heating maximum temperature was 50.4℃, activeness has faint declined.The catalyst after passivating by NH3, the self-heating maximum temperature was 49.7℃,and there was no damnify of activeness.
