| "Technical study on early-strength additives applied in adjustable wells"is a key subject in the field of oil-gas well engineering for cementing technology specifically.The study is mainly aimed at the development of slurry early-strength additives and the research of the wells with 1500m depth and then to improve the cementing quality eventually.We have discussed,verifide and made a theoretic analysis to DWA-â…¡'s chemical mechanism,which starts at the aspects of microcosmic action of cement grain and it's liquid phase as well, through grain analysis,scan electric-mirror test,analysis by infrared spectrum and UV spectrum,Zeta potential test, X diffractive analysis,permeability and porosity distribution test by the advanced devices and the other related physical and chemcal method analysis at the same time, and now we get the surely result about DWA-â…¡'s chemical mechanism on the properties of retarder,dispersion,filtrate decrease,high compressive strength and the right angle-effect as well finally .We get to know DWA-â…¡'s optimal appilcation condition and rules by making physical properties and effective rule's analysis to Dalian class A slurry after adding DWA-â…¡and have made a fully test study and analysis to slurry's property including comprehensive strength,filtrate amount,flow ability ,bond strength,free water ,thickening time,initial and final setting time as well ,which guaranrees the application on location safely.Based on the sufficient study and test ,we made the simulating lab test both on location in-room and outside and got the same comclusion as we mentionde above .After 43adjustable wells'cementing app;ication test with different depth one by one ,we find out that DWA-â…¡to slurry can improve it's displacement dfficiency significantly and then improve the cementing quality eventually.The conclusion for this study shows as belows:DWA-â…¡slurry additive shares multiple functions with the characreristics of good microstructure and good properties,solves the problem of no match between slurry's dispersantï¹ retarder and filtrate decrease as well as that between filtrate decreaes and earlu strength and some other side-effects occurred which is difficult to eliminate both at home and abroad nowadays .DWA-â…¡shares the advantages fo montoxic,no side-effect,water soluble,stable and convenient to apply to industrial production and location as well .The significant walue for the study shows that we can get the food slurry property such as low water loss ,high flow ability ,high mechanical compressive strength ,and adjustable setting time ,etc.As well ,especially the right-angle effect for the comsistency curve is available here ,and then offers a much new good additive for the slurry formulation applied in adjustable wells specifically. |
