| Since 1998, Xifeng city take advantage of developing western region and investment in western region to improve the environment of inviting tenders and introducting capital .To 2003, this city introducts investment items 173. From this ,this city 's GDP develops quickly,it is not a poor city any more . But it lost the beautiful environment . Although the government and most enterprises have done something to improve the environment , it is not useful. From investigate , I found some reasons for this . I gave some suggestions in this essay . I hope I can do something for this city . I will try my best. |
