Xinmin Area in JiLin Oil Field has shallow oil-bearing layer (1200m)and low BHST(50℃).It is a hind of low permeable oil field.To date,it has come to the third adjustment stage,for years of exploitation by waterinjection, the subsurface picture becomes increasingly complex,theformation initial pressure is damaged, the pressure difference between layersis high, and the underground water and gas migration seriously affect the cementing quality.Considering the formation properties of Xinmin Area, this paper" studiedthe NCD additive with slurry system performance by behavior with highearlier strength and defend water migration, application with thetechnology method by double concretize and double density. By two yearsapplication the cementing quality perfection rate have obviously increased,inform a technology of stop injection, ZQ-1 washing fluid, NCD-II acceleration setting high earlier strength defend cutting, turbulence replace and open pressure concreting well completion.
