The hydrocyclone is a equipment of centrifugal separation. It can separate different medium using density difference. The main use of hydrocyclone is from solid-liquid separation to liquid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid-solid separation and gas-liquid-solid separation. In China, many oil fields research disposal production stream and sewage for hydrocyclone. It has showed good applicance foreground on actual. Many experiment research work have been done for doffing oil hydrocyclone, combined oil field produce in this thesis. Because the theory of hydrocyclone is using pressure losing, so while the separation characteristic is researched, pressure losing is researched at the same time.In thesis, the separation mechanism of hydrocyclone is detailedly analyzed. The velocity of flow is determined in hydrocyclone by laser knotmeter, and influence to separation efficiency is analyzed because of different overflow vent and different overflow pipe length. Pressure distributing, rate distributing and flow state is simulated and analyzed in hydrocyclone base on RNG K-εmodel, this process use FLUENT hydrokinetics software. In this thesis, the influence to separation effect is detailedly analyzee by structure parameter of hydrocyclone. A few mating technology is designed out, and analyzed them by indoor hydrocyclone setting. The miniature appliance produce research is made out for sewage disposal hydrocyclone and mating technology in Daqing Oil field. The conclusion can be gained by contrast experiment that twain hydrocyclone and filtration technology can take off oil to 90% from oiliness sewage, this can preferably accord with index for oiliness sewage disposal.
