The Study On Casing Wear And Preventive Measures Of Songfangtun Oilfield

With the extension of the oil field development period, the number of wells casing wear increased year by year, resulting in the abnormal work of the productive wells and the development of the implementation of the programme have been seriously affected. Huge economic losses were caused to the oil field .Therefore, how to prevent these situations has become a much-needed problems.The paper is in view of casing wear conditions and actual data of Songfangtun Oilfield , use CAE engineering simulation technology through numerical simulation of the finite element method and we have research on the following main aspects: oil production parameters and stress changes of Songfangtun Oilfild ; the 3-D simulation of casing stress changing caused by the changing parameters, water inflow of the mudstone and the impact on effective stress of the casing caused by the perforation tunnel. Through the analysis above ,we got the causes and impact factors of casing damage and then presented the Casing damage mechanism and proposed the preventive measures.
