In recent years, with the development of exploitation of offshore oil and transportation on ship broad, the accident of oil spilled increases continuously. In addition, the coast exhaustion of wash cabin and industrial organic wastewater, such as clean lubrication, cause continuously aggravation of oil pollution in partial waters, and results in serious influence. The valid treatment of ocean oil pollution is always focused by scientists. Consider the pollution feature, electro-Fenton technology was put forward to treat ship wastewater contains oil. Through systematically analysis on influencing factors and reaction kinetics, the validity and reliability of this technique was clarified. The research was stated as followed:1) The handle efficient of this two-electrodes electro-Fenton system on ship wastewater contains oil pollution was studied. The results showed that, under the certain studied conditions, a higher removal efficient about oil and CODcr were achieved. The removal efficiency of oil and CODcr was 90% and 80% respectively.2) Reaction kinetics was studied, and the kinetic rate formula was built up. At the same time, the effects of different factors, such as current density, pH and initial oil concentration, were analyzed. The results indicated that the degradation reaction was confirmed to second-order kinetics. The reaction rate formula is [last oil concentration] = {-kt+ [initial oil concentration]-1}-1.3) Based on mathematics mold and the sieving of influence factors, and combine related polynomial fit with statistical analysis, the relationship formulas between rate constant k with current density, pH and initial oil concentration were built. The results showed that among the three influence factors, the most important effective factor is pH, the second is initial oil concentration, and the last is current density.4) The dynamic state imitates true system was built up by using MATLAB software. The results showed that using this simulation system, the treatment efficiency of ship wastewater contains oil pollution could be predicted validly.
