| In order to explore low ancohol degree PVA with particular performance and using,the author finds swing in with phase-accelarator (PA for short) can reduce the solubility of solvent,making the polymer thawless and solidifying in lower alcohol degree,and got low ancohol PVA in solid phase.The liquid phase separated from solid is M-acetate,methanol and PA,and it's hard to separate.Separation of solvent mixture needs to be studied.Extraction-distillation is a well-known technology for separating azeotropes and mixtures of components having close boiling point.And it is applied widely in petrochemistry areas.Features of extraction-distillation coupling process was analyzed by the author,a method of extraction-distillation is put forward,and a corresponding equilibrium model is found.Through singal stage extraction validates water can extract M-acetate and methanol from the mixture.In purification of extraction-distillation,there is not only one way to separate multi-component.The author adopt experience and regulation method through forecasting the total vapor flow of mixtures by Underwood equation,designs direct separation and indirect separation sequence.Through calculation,direct separation had more vopor flow than indirect separation.Through single extraction regress the duality parameters,apply UNIQUAC thermodynamics model,make simulation on the sequences,optimize the key parameters.the results show that energy of direct is 6605.67KW,and indirects'is 4159.07KW,it is inosculated to the vapor flow calculation.Heat-integration technology is applied for reducing the energy consumption by matching the quality of heat.Energy diagnosis on differert sequence was done by using pinch technology to reach energy-saving purpose.Through economic calculation,cost of direct and indirect is 597.39251 thousand yuan and 382.42439 thousand yuan,after heat-integration,the cost become 586.55138 thousand yuan and 337.80415 thousand yuan,we get heat-integration of indirect separation sequence is available and gain notable economic benefit. |
