My text collected information about design and calculation and analysis and use of internal and external oil-rig transmission machine, combine the transmission and use characteristic of 4000-meter oil-rig, decide the design-principle of this transmission: meet the precondition of 4000-meter oil-rig which have advanced guideline, improve the credibility of this transmission,reach the goal of safety and highly efficiency and lower costing of artesian well. My design use for reference from the advanced experience of internal and external, use the well-rounded skill and research achievement, analyze the advantage and disadvantage of oil-rig transmission which have existed, combine the characteristic of hydraulic transmission, give the research emphasis of my task. Decide the overall design plan of this coupling-unit transmission which used in 4000-meter oil-rig. Combine the basic demand of function and parameter of power-unit and transmission, give out the basic parameter of YO7503 coupling-transmission. Ensure the advancing guideline of overall index point of this power unit in china. The main content is as below:1,Design YO7503 coupling unit transmission which have bigger power and higher efficiency is my task. This transmission has improved the efficiency of this power unit 15~25 point, lower the oil-costing of diesel engine, improved the life of power unit and transmission. Improve the adaptability of this transmission, reach the functional and economical goal.2,This transmission has a oil-fast-drain valve which structure differ from tradition. This valve solves the oil-fast-drain function and clutching-function.3,This transmission has another valve which can change the oil-fluid direction which named"big cycle road"and"small cycle road", it made the cooling-function become very suitable, it can control the temperature of oil in a reasonable range, it can make the transmission have higher efficiency.4,I have revised the intension of shaft,bearing and gear which can transfer 1200kW power in the transmission, the work-condition is very worse, so the safety factor of those main assembly is big, this character of design accord to the oil-rig-transmission. 5,I have build the model of pump impeller and turbine runner and rotating outer-shell of this coupling unit transmission by using the automatic design software which named Pro/E.Make sure the restrict condition and array of load scientific and logical. Using FEM software which named"Ansys"analyze those wheels. Basis the result of calculate, change the dimension of those wheels and analyze the intension again. Improve the intension of those wheels. The results of calculate of FEM equal the results of calculate of theory. Test and verify the model and border condition and the array load are right and logical. I find the array rule of tress and echo by analyzing those wheels by using Ansys, this task provide theory basic and means for wheel-design in future.
