It is a trend to exploit coal or non-coal in deep mining well. Along with depth and production increasing, the geological changes, it not only makes increase of pressure, complication of maintaining laneway, but also with increase quantity of gas in the coal layer, the pressure of gas increase, the pouring out gas when back exploitation, so all these add the risk of coal production. From technology aspect, the traditional U type ventilation can not solve the problem of the concentration of gas in forward corner, if adopting the Y type ventilation method, this problem can be solved totally, but the road retained for next sublevel technology should be adopted to assure safety and efficiency of coal production. This article uses these methods (mechanics analysis, practice on site, numerical value simulation) to solve problems in the existing Road retained for next sublevel projects, also research on testing laneway to study mechanism and parameter of adjacent rock control. Combining geological information and finite element software (Sigma) to analyze HuaiNan XingZhuanzi mine 52110 laneway, it is to confirm the supporting parameters, also by measurement of distortion and pressure of laneway on site to optimize laneway design. It is showed by research that adopting Road retained for next sublevel method by using higher strength bolt and anchor wire reinforced support can efficiently to got a stable laneway. By this article research can supply theory and practice experience to high and large Road retained for next sublevel.
