| In freezing method deep shaft sinking projects, analyzing and computing the temperature field of frozen wall is the base of design of the frozen wall. So, it has extremely important theoretical and realistic significance to study and master the computing method of the freeze wall temperature field under multi-freezing-tube cycles freezing condition. The international general finite element software has the widespread application in the temperature field simulation aspect. But it is very expensive, and it is not convenient when it processing some actual problems in the shaft sinking projects using artificial multi-freezing-tube cycles freezing method, for example: how to simulate periodic freezing situation problem, how to create geometry model quickly and conveniently under deflective pipes? FEPG (Finite Element Program Generator) is a general purpose finite element program generator. For any kind of finite element modeling, FEPG can automatically generate complete source code based FEM (Finite Element Method) algorithm expressions. Users can control the process of calculation on modifying the internal parameters. The program special for artificial multi-freezing-tube cycles freezing temperature field is based on the source code which is generated by FEPG.The generating procedure is described in detail, and this article also gives a detailed introduction to the method of programming of the control equation files and computing method files, deeply analysis to the program shows the meanings of parameters, function of subroutines and interface files. These works will be very helpful to the development of this program. The article gives a detailed introduction to FEPG.GID and the FEPG.GID's secondary development language—TCL/TK language, and have very important reference value to the interface development in future. The findings in this paper provide reference for finite element program development using FEPG. In the last part of this paper, we simulate a project example, the simulating result is conformity with actual project situation, might provide reference for the actual project application. |
