| Air pollution in China is in major of coal-burning pollution, the dominant pollutants are sulfur dioxide, particulate matter and nitrogen oxides. According to the recent statistics, the emissions of sulfur dioxide and particulate mater ascend with the increase of the energy consumption, and the total emissions of pollutants are first status in the world. With the acceleration of the urbanization, the increasing prominence of atmospheric pollution has become the primary problem in urban environment. Along with the expansion of globalization, the spread of pollutants in the atmosphere is transformed from a single local issue into the world's common problems, so the loss of a series of air pollution caused by air pollutants has also become a research hotspot in recent years.The study at home and abroad in recent years is only on the diffusion of air pollution in small area and economic loss separately, but in this article, the two parts is combined to compute the concentration of air pollutants in the domain and evaluate the economic loss of air pollution.First of all, this paper has analyzed and summarized the results of studies at home and abroad, and building a three-dimensional steady-state turbulent numerical model on the spatial distribution of PM10 pollution and impact System factors, according to the 2006 representation of the city in Liaoning Province (Dalian) air pollution and atmospheric pollution. The quantitative relationship of the emission source of PM10 and environmental air quality is established in the initial conditions and boundary conditions, the concentration distribution is simulated and quantitativly analyzed, and the average concentration of PM10 is estimated.Next, the exposure-response relation model is used, the relative risk of the corresponding levels is analyzed, and the number of deaths and sick are obtained. The economic loss of health caused by air pollution is estimated using the modified human capital method and disease cost method in the research domain. The economic loss of agriculture, building materials and household cleaning caused by the air pollution is computed by the market value method and the equipment depreciation method of economic theory method, so as to provide evidence for decision-making and air pollution prevention and treatment planning based on the decision-making. Finally, Compared the economic loss of air pollution with local GDP and investment in environmental protection, the proportion of air pollution loss in GDP and investment is obtained. From the analysis of the result, we can find that the investment of environmental protection doesn't match the economic loss of air pollution, and advice the government to increase the investment.In this paper, through the various parts of the combination, we achieve the transformation of the emissions of pollutants into concentration in quantity, according to the exposure-response relationship, using the economic evaluation methods, the economic losses caused by pollutants in the study area is obtained. The accounting system of economic loss of air pollution is established initially, which can provide theory support for environmental decision-making. |
