Grey Analysis In Regional Environment Quality

With the rapid development of the economic construction and modern industry, the air environment pollution of city becomes more and more serious.It directly affects the environment of people's life and the development among economy and society,so people get more and more attention.In order to efficiently control of air pollution,we should make scientific assessment to air quality,the correct assessment of atmosphere environment quality,scientific reflect the status of atmosphere pollution,systematic analysis of atmosphere pollution produced the main factors is to effectively carry out air pollution control,optimize the management of the premise of the atmosphere environment,the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development is of great significance.Through the atmosphere environment monitoring and investigation of access to data,air quality evaluation is to building a mathematical models of system evaluation;then according to certain standards and evaluation methods,we will make the analysis,evaluation and forecasting to atmosphere environment quality of a certain region.In this paper,the evaluation methods of regional atmosphere environment quality were discussed.In the article I have analyzed the present method limitation of region atmospheric environment quality assessment,introduce the gray system method to assess the region atmospheric environment quality.Then I explain grey clustering analysis,grey relational analytic method and the main steps.I explain the grey trend relational grade and its problem,sum up the defects of general grey relational grade.Though absolute degree of incidence,relative degree of incidence,and slope degree of incidence have improved a lot,yet they haven't satisfied the norms and couldn't reflect the negative incidence.Then define the grey trend relational grade and analyzes its nature.Grey trend relational grade reflects the close degree of the developing situation of time sequence.Grey trend relational grade has nothing to do with the curve's shape and its space location,and reflect influence degree of sequence. In concrete evidence analysis,apply grey clustering analysis method to analyze the present situation of the city atmospheric environment,apply GM(1,1) to predict for PM₁₀,apply grey trend relational analysis to analyze the influence factors of the city atmospheric environment quality,at last,I draw a conclusion and put forward reasonable proposal.
